Vitabu ERP in the UAE
The full Vitabu ERP platform with AED as your base currency, 5% VAT defaults, your TRN on every invoice and bilingual Arabic and English tax invoices.
What's the UAE-ready today
UAE defaults at sign-up
Choose the UAE when you register and your company starts with AED, a January–December fiscal year and 5% VAT, zero-rated and exempt rates. Confirm the rates with your accountant.
TRN and tax invoice
Your 15-digit Tax Registration Number is validated and printed on the tax invoice.
Bilingual invoices
Invoice PDFs render the title and labels in Arabic and English, right-to-left, with proper Arabic shaping.
Full Core ERP
Accounting, sales, inventory, POS, banking and reporting, on a ledger that enforces balanced, immutable postings in the database.
Being upfront about e-invoicing and what is still missing
UAE e-invoicing (the FTA's Peppol-based model) is not live in Vitabu. There is a sandbox adapter and invoice validation, but submitting through an Accredited Service Provider requires certification that has not been completed. VAT rates are defaults to confirm with your accountant. Vitabu does not yet support several legal entities with consolidation, document-level foreign currencies or tax-inclusive pricing. If you need these now, talk to us before you commit.
