1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company details you provide during registration. As you use Vitabu Accounting ERP, we store the financial records you enter — invoices, customers, journal entries, payroll data, and similar business data — so the product can function.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data or your business's financial data to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed through Flutterwave or PesaPal, or confirmed manually for Mobile Money (Mixx by Yas, Vodacom Lipa Namba, Airtel Lipa Namba) and bank transfer. Card and mobile wallet details are handled directly by these payment processors under their own privacy policies — we never see or store your full card number or wallet PIN.

4. Data security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Access to your company's data is isolated from every other tenant on the platform, and every change to your financial records is recorded in an audit trail.

5. Your rights

You can export a complete copy of your company's data at any time from your account settings. You can also request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, which is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

6. Cookies

The product (your Vitabu ERP account) uses only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in — no advertising or analytics trackers run inside the application itself.

This marketing website uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics (such as Google Analytics) so we can understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are popular, which links get clicked — and improve it. These tags only run if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, or simply don't respond, nothing loads and no analytics cookie is set. 7. Children's privacy

Vitabu Accounting ERP is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
