What it does
Structured encounters
Presenting complaint, symptoms, vital signs with unit checks and impossible-value rejection, observations, investigations, and the clinician's own assessment and plan. Corrections never overwrite: the original is kept, with the reason.
Protocols your organisation approves
Clinical rules are written, versioned and tested by your own clinical team. A version goes live only after a second person approves it, it has an evidence record, and its test suite passes — including missing-data and boundary cases.
Transparent risk signals
Each signal shows why it fired, which recorded values it used, what to consider, its limitations and the protocol version behind it. If a value a rule needs is missing, it says so — missing data is never treated as normal.
Clinician in control
Every alert asks for a clinician response — acknowledge, dismiss with a reason, escalate, refer or document a different decision. The system suggests considerations; it never diagnoses or prescribes.
Referrals and follow-up
Referral packets with only the information you choose to share, secure share links for the receiving facility, and follow-ups that surface themselves when they are missed.
Works with poor connectivity
Capture encounters offline on a registered device. Data on the device is encrypted and removed on sign-out; when the connection returns, it syncs without overwriting anything recorded in the meantime.
A record you can defend
A tamper-evident audit trail of every clinical action, patient timelines, and replay verification that proves an assessment's result from its recorded inputs.
Governance built in
Aggregate analytics without patient-level data, blinded validation studies that compare the protocol with your clinicians' judgement, a product risk register and a regulatory-readiness dossier.
What it is not
- It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace clinical judgement.
- It ships with no clinical thresholds. Your organisation authors and approves its own protocols; the only built-in protocol is labelled synthetic and is for demonstrations.
- It has not been clinically validated, and no regulatory classification or approval is claimed. Validation studies in the product report agreement on your own data — not accuracy.
- Optional AI assistance only drafts summaries and explanations from recorded facts, is off unless your organisation turns it on and the patient consents, and never drives a clinical workflow.
