Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we receive a 30% deposit and send you a written confirmation. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Rates are quoted in US dollars; other currencies are indicative.
Changes and cancellations
Free date changes up to 60 days before arrival, subject to availability. Cancellations 60–30 days before arrival keep 30% of the total; inside 30 days, 100%.
Insurance
Travel and medical insurance, including emergency evacuation, is a condition of booking.
Safety
Wildlife is wild. You agree to follow your guide’s instructions at all times. Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Liability
Kopje Camp is not liable for loss, injury or delay outside our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife, flight changes and government action, to the extent allowed by law.
