What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size and message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your number or address and your messages.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange your stay. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Camp reservations staff, and — for a confirmed booking — the transfer and flight operators who need your name and arrival details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires. The enquiry form sends an email and does not store your message on this website.
