- Brush for two minutes, twice a day, with a fluoride toothpaste
- Clean between the teeth once a day
- Cut down on sugary drinks and snacks between meals
- Change your toothbrush every three months
- See us twice a year, even when nothing hurts
About treatments
Will I need X-rays?
Only if we need them to see something a mirror cannot. We use digital X-rays at a low dose, and we tell you why before we take one.
How long does a filling last?
Many last ten years or more, depending on the tooth, the size of the filling and how well the area is cleaned.
Is whitening safe?
For healthy teeth and gums, yes. We check first, and we do not whiten over untreated decay.
