Requests and bookings
An online request is not a booking. A room is held when we have confirmed it in writing.
Prices
Prices on this website are indicative. Your written quote confirms every amount.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel a room booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it. Later cancellations are charged at half the booking price.
Membership
Memberships are monthly or yearly and are paid in advance. A refundable deposit equal to one month is returned when you leave, less any damage.
House rules
Members and visitors must respect others, keep shared areas tidy and follow the security rules.
Liability
Tukutane Commons’ liability is limited as set out in your written agreement, to the extent allowed by law.
