What we collect
When you send a request we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, what you would like, the date and time and your message. Members also give billing details and an emergency contact.
How we use it
Only to reply, plan and quote your booking or membership. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cameras and access
Entrances and shared areas have security cameras; access-card records are kept for 90 days. Cameras are not placed in meeting rooms or bathrooms.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. The form sends an email and does not store your message on this website.

No advertising cookies. Your chosen currency is remembered in your browser and never sent to us.
