Our story
Bistro began as a supper club in a rented kitchen and grew, table by table, into the room you can book today.
How it started
We were two cooks who wanted to serve the food we ate at home: simple, generous and a little smoky. Eight friends came to the first supper. By the end of the year we had a waiting list, and by the next spring a lease on the corner of Mill Lane.
