Questions

Questions people ask us.

Do I need an appointment?

For check-ups and vaccines, yes — it keeps waiting short. For anything urgent, just call and come.

Can I pay by mobile money?

Yes: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money or HaloPesa, or cash. You get a receipt for every payment.

Do you treat farm animals?

Yes. Cattle, goats, sheep and poultry, on your farm within about 15 km, or at the clinic.

What if my animal cannot be moved?

Call us. Where it is safe to, a vet can come to you; otherwise we will tell you how to move your animal safely.

Can you tell me what is wrong over the phone?

We can tell you how urgent it is and what to do next, but a diagnosis needs an examination.
