Do you take on small projects?
Yes, with a fixed fee. A well-drawn single room can be as rewarding as a house.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
We prepare and submit the planning application and support you through approvals. Timelines depend on the authority.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. We can also run a tender for you and recommend contractors we have worked with.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Regularly, across East Africa, where we can visit the site at each stage.
What do I need for a first conversation?
The plot location, a rough idea of the size and budget, and any photographs or drawings you already have.
