How much will it cost?

We quote a fixed fee for most property and probate work. For disputes we give a fee estimate for each stage and update you before it is exceeded.

How long does a house purchase take?

Typically eight to twelve weeks from an accepted offer, depending on the chain and the searches. We tell you where things stand every week.

Do you offer legal aid?

No. We can point you to organisations that do if you may qualify.
