Requests and visits
An online request is not a booking. A visit is confirmed when we have replied in writing with the date and the price.
Prices
Prices on this website are indicative. Your written quote confirms every amount, and it can change if the home is different from what you described.
Payment
You pay after the visit, by mobile money, card or cash.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before it. Later changes may be charged at half the visit price.
If something is missed
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to fix anything on the checklist that was missed, at no charge.
Liability
Pwani Clean’s liability for damage is limited as set out in your written quote, to the extent allowed by law.
