Deep clean or regular clean: which do you need?

A short guide to choosing, and why the first clean is often a deep one.

If it is your first clean, or it has been a while, start with a deep clean. After that, a regular clean keeps it that way for less.

Regular clean

Surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and floors, on a schedule. It assumes the home is already in reasonable condition.

Deep clean

Everything on the checklist, including descaling, degreasing, skirting boards and inside windows. It takes longer and costs more, so most homes need one once or twice a year.

How to decide

Look at the checklist on the Services page. If you can tick most of a regular clean’s tasks as already done, a regular clean is enough. If you keep wanting to add tasks, book a deep clean first.
