| Payment | Bank transfer or mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money): 50% with the order, 50% before dispatch. |
| Lead time | Green coffee ships within 5 working days. Roasted coffee is roasted the week you order and ships within 3 days of roasting. |
| Freight and duties | Not included. Courier within Tanzania at cost; export by agreement, ex-estate. |
| Samples | A set of three 250 g bags for the cost of courier. |
| Roast date | Printed on every roasted bag. |

Questions buyers ask
Can I mix lots in one order?
Yes. Each lot has a ten-kilogram minimum; volume tiers count kilograms per lot.
Do you export?
By agreement, ex-estate. We help with the documents you need; freight and duties are yours.
Can you roast to my profile?
For orders over 50 kg a month we can match a roast profile you send us. Sample orders use our standard roast.
How is a price confirmed?
The calculator gives an estimate. A written quote in USD, valid for 14 days, confirms the price.
What if a lot sells out?
We tell you before you order and suggest the closest lot. Availability is on each lot card.
