Requests and bookings
An online request is not a booking. A date is held when we have confirmed it in writing and received the deposit.
Prices
Prices are indicative. Your written quote confirms every amount.
Changes and cancellations
You can change the date once at no charge with 7 days’ notice. The deposit is refundable if we cancel.
Copyright and usage
We keep the copyright in the photographs. You receive a licence for the uses in your quote; commercial use is agreed in writing.
Releases
If you appear in photographs you are asked to sign a release before the studio uses them in public. The studio must obtain releases from anyone it photographs for commercial work.
Liability
Nuru Studio’s liability is limited to the fee paid, to the extent allowed by law.
