Whoever you choose, ask these before you pay a deposit. Their answers say more than their portfolio.
Who will actually photograph my wedding?
Ask for the name of the photographer who will be there, and whether a second photographer is included.
When will I get the pictures, and in what form?
Ask for a date, not “soon”. Ask whether you receive high-resolution files and whether the gallery is private.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Ask about illness, weather and equipment failure, and what is refunded. Get the answers in writing.
Who owns the pictures?
Ask what you may print and share, and what the photographer may show publicly. A good studio asks for your consent first.
