Our approach

Time to talk, time to listen, time to get it right.

Appointments are long enough to ask every question. Your doctor will explain what they found, what it means and what happens next — in plain language.

  • Fifteen to thirty minute consultations
  • The same doctor for follow-up wherever possible
  • Clear written plans after every appointment

Before your visit

Do I need a referral?

Not for a GP or dental appointment. Some specialist services need a referral letter — the reception team will tell you when you book.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, a list of any medicines you take, and any recent test results or letters.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us 24 hours’ notice so someone else can use the slot — you can cancel by phone or email.

Book your appointment.

Most patients are seen within the week. Call or send a message and we’ll find a time that suits you.
