Before you book
How far ahead should we book?
Weddings and large conferences are best booked 3-6 months out; smaller events can often be turned around in a few weeks.
Do you provide the venue?
We can plan at a venue you’ve already booked, or recommend one from our list based on your budget and guest count.
Are you on site on the day?
Yes — your planner is on site for setup, the full event and the strike.
